See your career in a different light
As a major force on the legal landscape, Addleshaw Goddard offers extensive and exciting opportunities to all its trainees across the entire spectrum of commercial law, from employment and banking to real estate, corporate finance, intellectual property, employment, PFI and litigation. As a trainee with this firm, you’ll be a key member of the team from day one. Wherever you are based, you’ll work closely with bluechip clients within a supportive yet challenging environment, and be part of a structured training programme designed to ensure your success - now and in the future.
Addleshaw Goddard is a people business. And every single person in our organisation, whether they’re a partner, associate, HR practitioner or secretary, needs to be highly skilled and highly motivated. Fully committed and inherently flexible. Professional and pragmatic.
We are ranked in The Sunday Times '100 Best Companies To Work For' survey in 2006 and 2007. It is the most prestigious survey of its type in the UK and is testament to the energy, commitment and enthusiasm of everyone in our business.
In order to make a valid contribution to the development of our clients’ businesses every one of our staff has to share a very simple, but very successful, philosophy.
We aim to constantly, and consistently, set new standards in the commercial value we offer to our clients as well as in the quality of our legal advice. That’s why we need talented and motivated individuals who can be extremely effective business people as well as extremely efficient lawyers. All Addleshaw Goddard people think in our clients’ shoes, function as part of a team and help our firm to operate as a highly valued business adviser instead of as a highly valued supplier. They inspire confidence but they can also be inspirational. They can be proactive with regard to a client’s overall business objectives as well as reactive with regard to any current, or imminent, legal problems.
If you think you’re the sort of person who could make a contribution to the continuing growth of the 12th largest law firm in the UK (The Legal 500 2005) why not find out more?
We offer competitive salaries, bonuses and benefits packages, opportunities for flexible working and supportive, stimulating friendly working environments in London, Leeds and Manchester.
