Good evening and welcome to BCL Graduates...
BCL Graduates FAQs
Who are BCL Graduates and what do we do?
BCL Graduates is an added value service for BCL Legal clients; it aims to help talented graduates get their first step on the legal career ladder. It is available to everybody that has less than 6 months' experience in the law.
How does it work?
Graduates register their details on the website and complete their profile. They detail what and where they have studied, their grades, electives, locations they have ties to, any previous experience as well as their availability to start work.
Once you have registered and are verified by BCL Graduates you will be able to search for candidates based on the above criteria. This will then return relevant results and you can then contact the candidates directly to arrange interviews.
How will graduates know about the service?
We are working in close partnership with regional law schools and the University of Law as well as Kaplan Law School. We attend over 20 events with the law schools each year. We also send monthly email communication to students via the law schools with how to register, useful career tools and specific graduate vacancies our clients would like to market.
What are the benefits to our firm?
Free marketing with an employer profile as well as a logo on our home page. Constant access to talented graduates. Direct contact with any candidates you want to meet. Savings on marketing spend as well as recruitment costs.
How do I get involved?
Quite simply you sign up and complete your employer profile and you will be verified as a legal employer. Once this has been done you can request CVs and contact graduates direct. All you need to do is manage the CVs you have requested and let us know when you have successfully hired a graduate.
Who can I contact if I want to find out more?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details or call 0845 241 0930 and ask to speak to our Operations Manager.
